What is Keto?
A low-carb, high-fat way of eating that reduces carbohydrates and emphasizes fat and protein. Many people use it to lose weight or improve their metabolic health. See What is Keto? for more information.
Do I have to be Keto?
Not at all. This site is dedicated to great food and continually learning how to be a better cook, and everyone I've served these dishes to was non-Keto—with very positive results. Great food is great food.
If you like a recipe here but aren't interested in Keto, simply swap back in the breads or sugars that have been replaced and the dish will still work perfectly. Most of these recipes rely more on cooking technique than specific ingredients.
